Best meal ever
This is a story of a person who spends million dollars on a meal.Question is why and was it worth it.
This is the story of Scientist and businessman Chow Ming who lived in the year 2050. He is one of the most wealthy men in the world. Chow accidentally invented the way to harness the energy sun in an insane amount which solved the energy crisis of the world. He was actually making a plastic which could resist insane amount of heat but he ends up making a material which can harness solar power in any conditions.
He has the patent of the product so he gets billions of dollars every year. Ming is a foodie he likes to try every type of food but he gets never satisfied with the taste. Every week he hires a new cook but he just gets bored by them in a week.
One day when he was reading the newspaper and he saw an ad of a company who deals with human memory. The ad says "You can live one day of your past in with full experience just for 1 million dollars. You can taste the food, feel touch etc. like its happening now"
Chow went to the place and asked for One day experience. He asked for 2nd Jan. 2024. It was his 14th birthday.
The day started. Chow woke up at a small house in a small town. He went to look for his mother. He saw her mother was watering plants outside the apartment. He went almost running to her mother. His mother hugged him and wished him a happy birthday.
Chow told her mom that he will not go to school today and will buy a new comics and read it on his birthday. Her mother told him if he would not go to school how he will get 1st in the class and get a scholarship. After some struggle, he gets both permission to buy comics and one day off school.
He almost went running to the comics book store but her mother stopped him asked him to buy a fish for his special birthday lunch. After coming from the market he started reading comics and his mother started cooking fish.
When he finished reading his mother asked him to come to the dining table. He ate food and said that food was good and went again to reading the book.
At this point, Chow wakes up and went to the billing counter. He cuts a cheque of 2 million dollars and gave it to the accountant. The accountant said sir you used only half a day so you have to pay only 750 thousand dollars not even 1 million and you wrote the cheque of 2 million.Chow said to consider the rest of the amount as a tip because I had the best meal ever.
